- The different forms of Racism and how they manifest: Overt racism, Covert Racism andInstitutionalised Racism
- Covert racism – Three distinct forms
- Language and terminology – Dos and Don’ts
- How to tackle racism – Victim or witness
- Support: Complaints handling and follow up process at Brunel
