Are you interested in a short development programme to explore and understand your academic identity?
Join us in a unique opportunity to reflect on the experiences that have shaped your practice and create a future vision aligned with your core values and beliefs. Through coaching techniques, this programme will help you:
- Recognise and celebrate your academic identity
- Build self-confidence and quiet your inner imposter
- Learn coaching tools and approaches to enhance your teaching practice and self-coach for ongoing professional development
This course is part of a research project on coaching and academic identity, available to self-identified teaching-focused academics (on either teaching-only or teaching and research contracts) from Brunel University of London and the University of Central Lancashire.
Programme Details:
- Format: Three live online sessions with reflective activities in between
- Dates:
- Friday, 17 January 2025, 10:00-12:00
- Friday, 7 February 2025, 10:00-12:00
- Friday, 28 February 2025, 10:00-12:00
Commitment: To be accepted, you must attend all three sessions.
