CBASS Community of Practice Project

The Community of Practice Project brings together a group of dedicated practitioners from within CBASS to contribute and discuss specific topical issues which are central to our practice. It is designed to evaluates how a scaffolded community initiative can contribute to and deepen continued professional development for HE teaching staff, and whether such scaffolded community initiatives can contribute to the control and management of burnout symptoms and its emotional ramifications in HE teaching staff.

In order to do this the Maslach Burnout Inventory will be used to assess participants level of burnout at the beginning of the process, and again at the end of the process.

The current series of the Community of Practice Project focuses on the production of authentic formative and summative assessments, and importantly how we get the balance between these right.

Tickets for the workshops can be purchased (free of cost) via Eventbright using the following link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/205715399297. The meeting will be on Teams.

Please note: You must attend the first workshop in order to participate in the 2nd and 3rd and in order to benefit fully from the experience we would ask that you commit to all three.
