Digital experiences using generative AI (ChatGPT) to enhance learning

With 15 years of experience in digital education, Ingrid Benavides serves as the Director of Digital Experience and Educational Projects for the School of Engineering and Sciences at Tecnológico de Monterrey, a private university in Mexico. Her main responsibility is to manage the design, operation, delivery, and continuous improvement process of digital courses for the undergraduate programs of the School of Engineering and Sciences. Additionally, she has experience in the industrial sector, where she has led the management of continuous improvement projects using Lean tools and the Six Sigma methodology. She is also a professor of Project Management courses at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
